I purchased my SPC rear camber kit from them and received great communication. I accidently ordered just one set and I was contacted, ordered a second set, and was refunded the extra shipping for the second order. From my experience I would recommend them.
I don't know why they would be opening Paypal accounts to process credit cards though. You might want to call them and have them clarify their side of the situation.
