front windshield Broke!Help?

I just got a call from my brother saying that he accidentally broke my front windshield and rear view mirror while trying to fit a small refridgerator in the front seat. <--dont ask why

But can anyone help me find a new windshield replacement for a good price? Also, what about the rear view mirror?

I need to get this fixed asap.

I don't know that you can source this from the dealership. I think you have to deal with a auto-glass repair/replacement place, but I could be wrong.

I'd imagine it's not going to be under $500, but again, I could be wrong as I've never replaced the glass on my G.

Thanks Bro..............

Check out glass stores in your area that replace
windshields. Cheaper than going to your stealership!
And, you might check with your insurance company
for there policy on broken windshields.

First call your insurance company and see if it's covered. I've used Safelite AutoGlass on my other cars without any issues at all.

it's gonna cost an arm and a leg...a non oem one will be much cheaper but wont

be as strong...depending on how big the crack is, you might be able to get a

windshield repair guy to fix it...look one up in a search engine and give them a

call...they should be able to tell you if they can fix it over the phone...
