Winter prep
Winter prep
Just wondering what you guys do for a winter prep? I just washed, used a clay bar, then applied Zymol cleaner wax. I followed that with a Meguires polish, then used Meguires NXT tech wax. I then Q-tipped/tooth picked all the nook and crannies for left over wax. After all of that I did a final rinse and applied Armol All to the tires. I also fully detailed the interior as well as the engine compartment. Total time spent 9 Hours. She looks amazing.

Nice prep work. Sounds like you're all set for winter. Now can you come over and do the same for my G35?... LOL
I really wish I had 9 hours of free time to do all this sort of stuff on my car, but I going to try. My girlfriend already hates my car because she says I pay more attention to it than her. So where's the problem?

Anyway, my winter prep this year was getting an MT fluid change and I will put my winter wheels with winter tires on. I actually did clay bar and waxed most of my car recently, but that's cause it needed it bad and it's been around a year since last wax job. A nice lube job (oil change) is a must for all that upcoming fun in the snow.
