I just ordered a pair of stillen test pipes and im a little conserned about how loud its going to be with my stillen cat back exhaust....

I know that the stillen weighs more than the stock exhaust and adds about 15-16HP. If i went with the fujitsubo i would add about 12HP and it would be lighter than the stock exhaust. So would the 2 compinsate for each other??

Stillen = More weight but more power
Fujitsubo = Less Weight and less power

The difference is about 5 HP between the 2, but since the stillen weighs more the extra 5 hp that it provides has to move that extra weight that it brings with it.

Do you guys think i should keep the stillen exhaust with the stillen test pipes (super loud) or change it out for the fujitsubo with stillen test pipes and be a little bit more quite???

I have TP and Fuji and i can tell you that its not loud but its very deep growling.

Honestly the fact that you think saving the 7lbs with fuji or adding 7lbs with stillen will make a difference, my friend you are mistaken. On a car thats 3,300lbs that 7lbs is wrth didley. Dont start thinking of weight savigs unless you are trying to get into 13s vs 14s. or it means few hundreds of a seconds on track lap time.

Just go for best sounding and over all appearance and you will be happy. trust me on that.

Im in the low 14's looking to hit high 13's.....

I guess with the 5hp that i loose i make up for it in weight...so i think i will feel the same gains..correct?

You think the power weight ratio will work out between the 2? since stillen weighs more than factory it produces more power, but the fujitsubo weighs less than stock and produces like 4HP less than stillen....think it will be the same in the end??

I too have TP's and Fujitsubo. Great combo, not TOO loud, but a deep sound. Little louder than stock, and deeper sound.
