Old 4 points + another 12 points ticket = 16 points Help

Ok, I got my car June 2005, and I’m happy with it. April 2006, I got my first ticket with 2 points for speeding. May 2006 I got ticket with 12 points called expiation of speed. Finally, July 2006 I got my last ticket which is 2 points.

Today, I went to the court for the 12 points ticket, I have already paid for my trial lawyer and she was there with me. Long or short story the officer started to lie about what happened, and the judge says since the officer had nothing to loss today, on the other hand I will loss my license for a year. The judge said that I’m guilty and I deserve that ticket. Anyway, the judge started to say people like you shouldn’t have car like this and you should sell you Infiniti and buy a Gew with 4 cylinders, maybe you won’t speed again. And I believe that I’m not guilty and the office was lying and the judge was jealous because I have better car.

Anyway, the law of the expiation of speed has been changed from 12 points to 5 points in July 2006, but the judge didn’t apply the new law cause I got the ticket in May. The most important thing that I really don’t want to loss my driving license for are,
1-I’m full time student and I really need my car.
2-I’m going to get married soon maybe by summer 2007, and my wife doesn’t drive and she won’t.
3-I really love my car and I don’t want to change it for any reason.

All the tickets came after I installed my headers and I made my car sound louder. So, do you guys think that I have a chance to keep my driving license if I went to the DMV, and what should I do?

The judge gave me a fine for $275 and level 2 driving school

Sorry for the bad writing

Honestly thank you for apologizing for your bad writing, i was thinking about commenting solely on that. Anyhow since the judge didn't let you out of the ticket it's up to the DMV now to actually persue rejecting your license. Since i dont work there i'll say most likely you'll lose your license.

But when you take driving courses doesn't that usually help you out with points/tickets?

Anyhow lose your license, keep driving, try not to get pulled over. You'll def be more cautious when you have a LOT to lose

I am not sure, but I would have 1 gotten a better Attorney and Two, slowed your *** down.

Most states have a surpervised licensed you can get if you lose your main one. It would allow you to go back and forth to school or work, but that is it.

Look at the bright side, you can buy a bus pass and save money in gas

I highly doubt that the Judge was jealous of the car maybe they liked it but a judge makes a hell of a lot of money and im sure they could afford it becasue all the ones i know drive at least 60K cars

Yes she did, and they offered me 7 points. Since I’m Under 21 I have only 9 points limits. Damn, I will be 21 in NOV-3rd one week only
