You can have a sleeper look all you want but stock wheel ain't going to cut it. You need better wheel/tires (wider) to make your car hook with all that power.
Take for example the analogy... having 400whp on your stock wheels/tires is like driving your car now with your dinky donut wheels. That may be extreme, but the idea is the same. Too much power and not enough traction to the ground. You may end up doing burnouts everywhere you go with even slightly aggressive driving.
