If you notice the ones on my car they are 350z and shorter. Notice where on the battery cover they fit and no drilling..nrg and got them from caskyline. These are the first of the production and will be available for GB in a month Pm caskyline..great price..

Only worry with carbon fiber is how resistant the damper is... It can cause the carbon fiber to crack over time... If the damper is pretty resistant it will cause the cf hood to flex when u are closing the hood...

Yes, this new design is definatly not recomended for CF hoods.They have more pressure then the older ones.The older design has been used on many CF hoods in the past with no problem that I have heard of.I am still trying to get them to produce the new design with less pressure,so they can work on CF hoods.
Again, it will be about a month for the new design to be available for a group buy.

Those are the ones!

I did need to trim the cover a little but part of that may be because it's a sedan and the area along the rail is tight. Not sure. I'll take a trimed cover and struts over it any day!
