well, after i began picking mine off, i realized that it's meant to be there, but obviously it was too late to undo my steps.
is this sticker something the dealer can put back on the way infiniti had it (more/less) or am i screwed.
i'm just planning to mention that it never came with the vehicle.

you can buy a new one for like $10 or so... applying it is a bitch though (or maybe I'm just stupid?)

I think you have to soap it up first.. kinda like tint or that batmobile vinyls.. not sure though.

hey buddy, just wondering how long ago you took yours off. i notice even on the cleanest coupe, those nasty dirt lines reappear after a few miles of driving- especially on the pearl white.
if rocks and chips/scratches don't really occur, i might not even bother. i live in florida- roads are pretty clean (if that matters)

i took mine after a couple of weeks back in Sept. there is not one scratch or chip on the paint so far. i have an IP coupe and got sick of seeing those dirt lines on the clean car. without having salt and nasty roads in florida i wouldnt even think twice about not having them on the car. do i ever miss the clean and flat roads in j-ville, fl.

you wont see knicks.. Youre complaining about dust all over that area. THAT is the dust that is going to wreak havoc on the paint there when it swirls around at hwy speed. However, it may take a very long time.

sounds good my man, thank you!
hope yours stays clean. it really is nasty to have a clean car with a black curvy outline near the fenders

Pardon my ignorance, but what is a "California Duster" and "claybar" that are mentioned in this thread. Thanks.
