I think the sound in the second clip was from the camera guy turning the microphone into the wind.

I've heard that the drone is more prevalent in the sedan version, which is quite a different setup than the coupe.

Cool vid! I too love my Stillen exhaust, sounds so mean. As for drone, it is very subtle. I don't even hear it unless I try to.

I have been debating what exhaust to get since I don't want the Rice Tin Can sound. Man this is the best sounding exhaust I have heard so far on a G. I guess Stillen will be my # 1 choice!!! It would've been my only choice if it wasn't for the weight.

I heard a few HKS but wasn't totally sold.

The Stillen exhaust is like other Magnaflow exhausts. Quiet when you want it to be, and loud when you want it to be. Overall I'm very satisfied with the exhaust. The drive to work is much more fun. My car only has about 1800 miles though, and the exhaust has less half of that on her. So things will probably change over the next several hundred miles.

I hate drone and this system isn't too bad if you ever had an aftermarket exhaust before.
At WOT it could honestly be a bit louder.
This exhaust differs most from stock and is most vocal inside the car between 2 and 4500 rpms.

Under load, the drone is heaviest around 3 to 4grand.
4 grand is where it's probably at it's loudest inside the car.
Again, it's not that bad. Anybody is more than welcome to take a spin in my car at the next gtg etc.
I want to hear the FI in person.

The only thing I'm going to change is the tips. 4-inch tips seem a bit big for my tastes. I've ordered a set of 3 inch Magnaflow tips from my buddie's shop. They are angled as well and should fit in the with the valence a bit better.
