Dyno'd results of mods

Did 3 pulls on a DynoJet right after I got my car, 2003 6MT.
Bone stock.
Stock paper air filter.

1st pull 234.8 hp and 227.5 Torque
2nd pull 235.7 hp and 227.6 torque
3rd pull 238.7 hp and 230.2 torque

Air fuel ratio was perfect.

Installed 5/16 plenum spacer, Stillen Z tube, and Stillen Y pipe. Still have stock paper filter.

Re-dyno'd today and best 2 pulls were:

243.5 hp and 232.5 torque
244.0 hp and 233.6 torque

Air fuel perfect again.

Both times the results were adjusted by the computer to ASE standards for temp. etc. 1st time the results were increased 2% and today they were decreased 1%.

I have a 2003 6MT as well...

I've read GREAT things about the Plenum Spacer weither 1/2 or 5/16, BUT...I thought we would see greater GAINS??

You'll see greater advertised gains, but these are good real life numbers according to the dyno shop. Very hard to grab more hp as the cars are tuned well to begin with. My next performance mod will probably be a lighter weight flywheel than the anchor that's on there now.

Nice post Lazer!
I am itching to get some mods on mine and get it to a dyno myself. Don't see many post on here from others in the Midwest so I thought I would chime in.
BTW, spent alot of time in Springfield in my college days with girlfriends and buddies at SMS. Know the Brown Derby well.

Not many Coupes here, fewer 6MTs. I'm the only mod'd one I know of.

Now MSU. Derby has received lots of my $$$ too over the years.

The #'s sound about right....I just had my 06 6mt dynoed after putting on high flow cats, dc sports headers, stillen true dual exhaust, mrev2 and 5/16 spacer and unichip.....My numbers are 255hp and 248ft lbs torque to the wheels.....I can definately feel the difference in how the car pulls...
Next mod is the rogue short shifter!!!!!

exellent numbers. the spacers and Z-tube is definitly worth it. i have a 04 with the 1/4 spacers and a Z-tube and did 241.7 to the rear wheels. here is my dyno sheet with stock dyno and Spacer/tube dyno.

It was fun to do. Increase isn't huge but it feels like engine spins up quicker and breathes easier. Just less restricted, I guess.

Springs ordered and body stuff on slow boat from Japan.
