Difference in sound between FI resonated and non?

So... yes.. I searched this but nothing useful.

What is the sound difference between the FI resonated and non-resonated test pipes? Any place to find sound clips? Im going to have them on a stock exhaust until I buy the FI intimidator sometime in the near future.

non resonated = RASP

resonated = no rasp

You wont like the non-resonated...unless your purely racing the car and need the flow characteristic...which really isn't much different at all.

ive read that the FI HFC's make our cars sound like a ferrari. Now, I know it wont sound like a ferrari because, well..... its not a ferrari. But how close to the sound of a ferrari does it make our cars sound?

If you have our full catback with them...it sounds pretty darn close man...add headers and ....hhmmmm....

I've had guys in Ferrari's ask me how I cloned their sound before...

^^the only thing holding me back from the fi exhaust is the look of it. imo, it looks too much like stock for my tastes. dont get me wrong, thats what a lot of people want. that sleeper look. but i love the look of the injen exhaust. as i was telling andrew today, if the fi exhaust looked like the injen then i would get it hands down!

The only thing about the system that's is close to a stock look are the tips. Call Tony about possible options...

I love my FI HFC. It drops the note of the exhaust to a more deeper, louder growl. The HFC are awesome. The gains from them are significant enough to feel the extra added power and like I said, the sound is amazing.

I love the look of the Injen exhaust, but I like how the FI looks so clean and such. Calvin, let me know about my Injen
