i got hi-flow cats and stock exhuast.. i know its a huge difference between test pipes and cats.. but heres a clip anyway.. oh and i have headers and intake too http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EZ0iuPvhZ_4

Yes they can..again as HERO posted - go to www.fastintentions.com and you'll see the dyno's.

Ideally - when planning and implementing exhaust, you NEED to start from the back and move forward...so catback, to CATS/TP to headers...or all at once. I know budget sometimes precludes that from happening...but doing it right the first time, and waiting until the money is there, wins every time.
