Cold morning. I push the clutch all the way down, in neutral, start the car. I can hear loud grind. I let the clutch go, it goes away.

Sometimes grind happens when I let off the clutch the very first time while I'm in the reverse (garage). I just push it all the way down, and try again.

Car drives normal, clutch doesn't really slip. but sometimes I can smell burnt clutch.

One more thing, this happens only during cold mornings.

Throw-out bearing going bad ?
