Here are Angel Eye's on a 5 series.

I have never seen them look as good as they do on a BMW.

They use fiber optics for it and I agree it looks great on the Beemers. I don't know though how it would look on a G with projectors.

what is that blue tint that soem ppl have done to the headlights.. its liek blue when u look at it even when its off.. is that HID? and angel eyes in blue would be SICK

Either your seeing left over film from the car wash soup. The Meguirs does it on mine. Or most likely you are seeing the reflection of blue from upgraded fog bulbs which have a bluish coating on them to produce the "HID" look. Peace.

I think he's referring to the people that drill a hole and mount an LED in the headlight housing to give it that colored tint.
