got my coupe 3 1/2 mos. ago.it's axactly at 3000 miles right now but i still doing these things: i will find reasons to go down to the garage such as take out trash,bring dirty clothes to washer,just to walk by my car and look at it.i will find something that i need to buy and drive to the store (in my g ).at the parking lot, i stand at a distance look at the car for awhile before i walk to it.instead of leaving outgoing mails at the mailbox,i would drive to the post office...is there anybody experience the same?is this a symtom?is this a disease?is there cure for this???

 

I got the same symtoms too. I go to starbucks and park it right in front so I can enjoy my white chocolate mocha and stare at it while sitting outside. I have currently the clean rims disease. I drive for a couple of miles, and when I get home....I have to have my rims cleaned up for the next drive....help!

 

What you are doing are perfectly normal for all G-coupe owner. The the money this awesome car is just too unbelievable.

I have 6000 miles...

I will make up any excuse to drive my car!
I will leave my house and start driving in any direction before deciding where to get lunch!
I contiunually turn around when walking away after parking!
I go to the window to stare at my baby!
I Pause and admire her everytime i see her!
I deliberately take the long way home!
I CG Quick her three times a month!
I rev the engine loud when passing by people to make them Jealous!
I cruise with friends down Ft. Lauderdale Beach and South Beach with windows down and sunroof open, for longer distance than neccissary to find parking for my baby!
I just completed a 2500 mile trip, and she was flawless... and fun the whole way!
She and I ran a state road across Fl from tampa to Yeehaw Junction at an average speed of 105mph for over an hour!

I could go on and on... The allure of this car while not as crazily/beautifily desigined as some exotics somehow overpowers everyone who looks at her... rides in her.... hears her... etc.

My parents had me start saving birthday and christmass, and other misc. money when i was like 5 for a car.... i am 19 now, and with the help of a little inheritance, and holding good jobs over the past 5 summers, I was able to buy my baby in cash!!!!
SHE IS ALL MINE FOREVER!!!!!!!

This whole blurb might sound retarded to some... but its bliss to me!!!!!!

For some reason some! girls don't understand a guys love for his car.... My best friend whom went on the trip with me and helped drive put if perfectly to his girlfriend that came along....

This is hilarious! Well, it is a disease, but it's perfectly normal. I think we all are at that stage. Granted, this car attracts serious attention (wish I had one when I was single), but I spend more time trying to find ways to drive it and gawk at it than anything.

Symptoms include:
Needing to clean ur rims.
Needing to polish ur tires
Needing to Zaino.
Needing to gaze lustfully at ur G.
Needing to do stupid errands.
Needing to sit ur in G.
Needing to justify any usage of bringing the G more into ur life.

This is everyone problem.
