how come can't post in marketplace...

how come im still getting so many of those "you don't have permission"...ive been a member for a month now...

it aint the post count cuz i have how many now and i couldnt post in the marketplace. its a good idea to put a time limit so peeps dont join just to blow up the classifieds.
