You have to of been a member for i think 3 weeks or more (or 3 months).

it aint the post count cuz i have how many now and i couldnt post in the marketplace. its a good idea to put a time limit so peeps dont join just to blow up the classifieds.

it may be a solid month change... so you may not be able to post until december


or just become a premier member and stop worrying about it. it pays for itself in no time
