When I was at SEMA I was told by the owner of the car who works there that it is the prototype for the Gracer kit (Gracer = Greddy's aero line). So it's a Greddy front facia.

I called GREDDY last week. They said that the front is a prototype but they are also developing sideskirts and rear bumper as well. Probably avail summer next year hopefully.
As far as the twin turbo, they are finetuning and hope to get it out in the spring.

Actually if you want to get technical it's Gracer. Trust even calls the Aero Style Line Gracer in Japan also. It's even on their web site, see the tab on top:
