Sad thing is, it doesn't look too spetacular, do get me wrong it is nice, but I imagined better for 20g's. Vinyl Fence, Sprinkler system, Sod, Gravel, Cement, Landscaping Blocks, Shrubs, and a couple of trees.

Nice move, Once i bought my car i felt an itch for the mod bug, but i held it off as i knew it would pass and it would be better to waste money on other things, i.e. investment on properties, trips etc... you've done the right thing, cant regret it at all!
