Red paint problems fixed?

Does anyone have any thoughts about whether the early 03-04 paint problems with red have been fixed in the later cars?

Thanks!

There were supposedly paint problems with red in 03 and 04. Apparently there were some problems with the primer and bonding of the red paint to the primer layer, which resulted in the red chipping easily and flaking off more easily than other colors.

Dunno, my '06G has more chips in 8000 miles than my '03Z had in 28K. Both are red. I think the paint on the Nissan/Infiniti lines made in Japan just plain suck in general, irrespective of color.
