Once again, another car forum at it about our G's
Kind of weird, because I rarely see people on G35driver bashing other cars!!

 

Why should you care what other people think? If that bothers you then the problem is with you and not them. Sit down and think about it, everyone buys the car that makes them the happiest. You have a nice car. Be happy and enjoy life and don't waste your time on the negative stuff or you'll end up a bitter person.

I'm tired of people posting...G vs *any car* threads...get over it you bought your G because you wanted it, stop wasting post space with threads like that and ones about people bashing our cars...its a 35k car not some exotic enjoy your cars

 

True! I dont care what car mine is faster or slower then. I think it is funny when people are like "Lost to an STi or Evo." Those cars look like ****! And the G is sexy. I would rather be sexy then fast. haha

BMW are for insecure people. "Look at me! I drive the ultimate driving machine!" If you read the other post... BMW owners are saying that we're hitting them up to run... but we're just pulling around them cause they're driving to slow talking on the damn cell phone.

I see just the opposite on the turnpike. It seems that no matter how fast I am rolling, if I see one in the rear view mirror, it is inevitable, it is going to try and pass me.

 

I like 'em both. Both handle pretty well but gimme an M3 for road course!

 

i just briefly read the bmw thread, and it sure shows alotta arrogance from bmw owners. however, i see that on this board ALL THE TIME too,and many G owners bash other cars just like bmw bahes ours. it's really NOT the brand, but its owners. i think alotta people just need to grow up and enjoy their car.. and it goes to any brand or any car owners.

i respect what each veh has to offer. bmw makes great cars and good/bad isnt just determined on how fast one car can go in a straight line compare to the other. bmw won varoius awards year after year, not cuz its 3 series goes the fastest compare to its competitors. it has the overall package and it does everything well.
Infiniti tries to do the same with the G35 just at a lower price. and the lower price does reflect on the overall built quality of the car.. and i dont think too many of you can really argue with that. the weak paint, cheap plastics, terrible sound system etc.. however, thats not really "bashing" otherwise i wont be owning one. but the fact is, G35 does many things well, but it has it's own faults as well.. just like all other cars.

Some things i def. like the G35 over E90 330i is ..

1. looks.. E90 sedan is just pure nasty. first gen G sedan is really not all taht either. BUT, G coupe is pure SEX!
2. power... G35 feels faster and should be slightly faster, altho never doubt the power of german engineering. those 330i can really haul azz..
3. handling.. G handles very well just not as "smoothly" as a bmw. the next Gen G should be even better so im really looking forward to it.
4. PRICE... well, it speaks for itself!!
