Best UTEC tuners in norcal

besides ZCG what other places are there to tune the UTEC? Does the UTEC come with pretuned maps? New to the tuning stuff so please forgive me if i said anything wrongly. I wanna get rid of the engine knock

Other than ZCG - try ZCG..they rock man...why go anywhere else?
