Yellow Blinkers!!

Aight I HATE HATE HATE having yellow blinkers and have seen people who have just taken out the orange plastic piece out of the housing but that is too much of a pain...
my question is do you think it would be possible to make it where the orange only lights up when the blinker is on? It would look so much cleaner at night without the orange.

I assume you are talking about the blinkers inside the housing, not the sidemarkers...if thats the case upgrade to some 06 projectors. Forget messing with the older headlight, opening the headlight is a PITA and if you don't seal it good enough, u will be sorry.

Call Infiniti of Gwinnett and pick you up some 06 housings. I can help point you to what bulbs you need.

1-800-462-9795 is the direct to parts toll-free.

Heck I will help you install them for a few bucks.

To only have the orange light up when the blinker is activated, pull out the bulb - notice it has two filaments. One for your parking light and the other for your blinker. Disable the one filament that lights up for your parking light. You can do this by either taping over the lead at the base of the bulb with electrical tape or cutting it off with cutters. Can't remember which lead is for which at the base of the bulb, but tape over each one and plug it in until you get the desired outcome. I think someone posted a DIY on it awhile back that you can try to search as well.

i did the same to mine theres diy on it...you want to cover or remove the 2 center filiaments (one on each side) at first i put electrical tape on them but it didnt seem to last long till one would come back on so i ended up snipping them off...i HATE them suckers too!
