its very reliable

i think they're based at a dealership... so you can't go wrong with that

i agree you could probably find better pricing/service/knowledge with Chad

They are based at a dealership, I believe in AZ. John is the guy to talk to and last a spoke with him on the phone.....hes a good guy to deal with. I did send them a message a while ago with no response. It was not a pertinent matter though.
