Mine work just fine except the Low button feels hotter than the High.

Try taking off your pants when you are in the car. The seat heater works much better that way.

Here in FL, I'd much rather have A/C seats!

Mine seem slow to warm up too. Looks a cut corner type thing since so many people are experiencing them.

takes 2-3 minutes, by 5 minutes I am kicking it off..Agreed, they do not work as well as they do in other cars though...

I don't use mine much (Phoenix .) but when I do the car is remote started and they are warm when I get in 5-10 minutes later.

The level of heat seems to be fairly adequate for me... not hot, but definitely warm and comfortable with it on the higher setting in my 2004 Coupe... it just takes quite a while to heat up.

I'm fairly thin though... so that probably helps me notice the heat. I could see how someone would say that they aren't hot enough, especially if you're used to other cars like Volvos which really toast your a$$.
