Data System / Illusion front grill installed. pics
Finally, the Data System front grill is painted and installed. Now all I need is the front lip and rear spoiler to complete the package.
Becareful when buying the front grill between the Gailla and Data System.... both of which are great looking grills.. but notice the Data System is slightly rounder then the one from Gailla.

It's different, but I do not like it. Looks like a few saabs/volvos that drive around here. As long as you like it, screw everyone else.
-edit- it makes it look like the car is smiling. headlights = eyes, grill = smile. or am i just drunk at home? this car shouldn't be "cute." SMILE! =]

Re: Data System / Illusion front grill installed. pics
I jumped onto the Loren04coupe's group buy and got the grill shipped for $279. Not bad considering Bulletproofautomotive wanted $313 + tax and shipping. Painting the grill cost me another $50... saved a few more dollars by installing myself... 3M double sided tape for safe meaure.... about $335 complete.
I personally was not a fan of the SC450 looking grill that Infiniti placed on the G35. I like the new grill a lot more. I would however like to compare the major differences between the Gialla and Data System Grill in person.
Still in search for a rear spoiler... I can't seem to find one that I'm absolutely in love with?!??!

Re: Data System / Illusion front grill installed.
A matter of opinion I guess... I personally think the stock grill took too much attention away from the car. I do agree that the Data System grill didn't necessarily dramatically improve the overall look of the vehicle, but rather complimented the sleek line of the front end.
