usually people dont put the TPS sensors in their winter setup. and i'm willing to bet that you didnt either.

without TPS...that light will continue to stay on. to my knowledge, there is no way of turning it off.

I think you should just reset your entire system, that should do the trick.

That meaning, the foot thing on the pedal. Somewere in the forums.

however, if you did put the TPS in there....drive around for a while..it usually takes time for it to turn off...

and if you have no idea about what im talking about...i'm banking on that you didnt get the TPS switched out from the 19s to the 17s

Theres a sensor that is in the OEM tire that alerts the driver when there is a drop in tire pressure ( TPS ). Since you dont have the sensor in your new tires, the sensor is responding accordingly.

You can't reset the TPS your self or the foot thing, last time i spoke to the dealer they said they will have to use computer to reset it and it will cost about $120 for doing that.

My winter set of 18s does not have the sensors, and my light does not go on. If you're missing all 4 sensors the light stays off as it knows it has nothing to monitor, as per my dealer.

i didn't put any sensor on my aftermarket wheels and I only get the light if i'm driving over 80mph for 1-2 hours straight. shutting down and restarting the the car removes the light.
