Clutch needs to be replaced.....Need help fast...

Just found out that my clutch needs to be replaced and the dealership quoted me $2300.00. My 04' has about 33000 miles on it..... I'm a little confused as to how some of the members on this board can get their clutch replaced under warranty and how some can not..... Should that not be something that is standard across the board.....for all G35s. For the ones who had there clutch replaced under warranty........what did you have to do to get the dealership to replace it? Should I file an Infiniti Complaint? If so, who do I need to get in touch with and how?

WTF that sounds very unreasonable especially if you have a warranty. Call around to some other dealerships and see what they say. Did you speak to the service tech or the manager?

The service tech is the person who quoted me that price.... I just found out today... and was wanting to get some information from you guys before I call them back...... I would have to bring the car back to schedule the replacement....the car still drives....so the clutch is not completely gone....

Try another dealership in your area before you bring your car in. Try ad explain to them that the car is doing something that it normally didn't do when purchased. Also ask to speak to a service manager techs don't know to much especially when it comes to warranty.

If you need a new one then you might as well get a JWT for about 1000.00 and 400.00 install.
