Nav DVD 6.5 vs 6.4

Just got a post card from Zenrin for version 6.5. Are the differences between versions 6.4 and 6.5 worth the $190 they're asking?

I also got that postcard yesterday. Our Navigation DVD does need upgrading but that should be supplied for free by Infiniti I think...
