i just bought a new set avon tire, and i want to mount them on my oem 18 wheels. But the stupid installer broke one of my lug nuts.. he said that my dealer put it too tight so it broke the inner side of the lug nuts. so when he put it back, it won't grip. is it possible?
so i have to drive going home with only 4 lug nuts on my front passenger wheel because he doesn't sell any lug nuts.
when i drive my car, the wheel kind of shaking all the time.
tomorrow i gonna look for new one.
But the problem is, i don't know the size for the lug nuts.
Do you guys know, is there any specific size/series for the lug nuts?
Is it save if i only buy 1 new lug nuts [ it may br different with the others] and put them on my wheel or i have to change all the lug nuts?
Do the wheel/tire shop usually sell the lug nuts? or i have order first? or even i have to go to infiniti dealer?

i don't think you should leave it that way for long. i would get some new oem ones, unless you got some new ones w/ your avons, then get those.

you can still run fine with 4. its not really that bad, hell, you can still run with 3.

it's the bolt patern, i mean the lug nuts size. i got it, if i'm not wrong it should be 12x1.25. somebody can make sure is it right or not?
