Just a 325 with body kit and rims? Are you insane? M3 is nothing like a 325, you my friend don't know what you're talking about

...so the G35 is just a 350Z with a back seat?

If I was buying a car I would totally get the M3 over the G35.

I only got the G35 cause I needed a car for college, which implicated that it be reliable and lease'able (I know, not a word lol).

As soon as I'm out of college I'l probably pick up a NSX as a weekend car, and get an old accord for a daily driver.

m3 man... that inline 6 is a work of art. seriously get a used m3 with about 32-38,000 miles for the same price as a new g35c. I plan on upgrading to a m3 next year.

The 325 is in the same line as the M3 [3-Series], the G35 and 350z [Skyline 350GT & Fair Lady Z] arent really related like the 325 is to a M3... so your analogy/comparison is not a good one

Yup.

There are a number of Card legal FI's out there, with Stillen & Vortech being the most popular.

i wouldnt get the M3 rightnow, cuz the next gen is gonna be out soon. however, the real factor tho would be the cost of maintainance. unless u get an used M3 with extended warranty (and a good deal), i wouldnt even touch a BMW. why? cuz parts/service, maintainance, insurance, etc.. will be killin..

however, i also wouldnt get a G35 coupe at the moment ..be it 06 or 07 (ok, unless u can get an awsome deal on a 06). the reason been that 08 coupe is coming out soon..and it will be alot better than the current model.. u'll def. regret if u get the current model rightnow. i have an 05 and def. looking forward to get that 08 coupe when it comes out!

soo....

my suggestion would be.. either hold out for an 08 coupe (which is coming next summer or so).. OR, if u wnat a bmw, get the new 335i Coupe. it's almost as fast as E46 M3, it's cheaper, and u can get it BRAND NEW..with the awsome BMW factory 4 year warranty. u said u only want to keep it for 3 1/2 years.. so thats perfect. get the 335i and have some fun in it.. its freakin fast and its newer technology than the E46 (dont get me wrong tho, i love those E46 M3.. friend has one.. but its just not worth it now).

hope that helps!

No, the M3 is NOT a 3-series, its an M Series... go to www.bmwusa.com and click VEHICLES and scroll down to M-Series. OWNED.

Owned?

Please man do your research.

3 Series: 325, 328, 330, 335, M3

5 Series: 525, 530i, 550i, M5

6 Series: etc....

M's arent considered their own series, rather a performance model of a specific series.

Owned?!?

Before you even say owned... do your research.

PS. I went to BMWUSA.com and couldnt find "M-Series" . (Why do you think its under M-Models? )

Cant wait til you respond to this post... if you even have anything else to say. But im pretty sure "OWNED" is gonna be the last thing youll say

My bad, thought it said M-series :-D Anyways, I would not compare a 325 with an M either way, it has no similarities except KIND OF similar looks

I agree.

A 325 is nowhere near an M3...

and skater basist wins this round!!!!!!!!
any way like stated be4, dont get either models now. Both cars will have different body styles in a year. but if you have to get one now, go with the m3. Not cause its faster or in a higher class or w.e. but because it was your 1st love......but the g will always win the beauty contest with her curves

Bimmers are really the ultimatel driving machine. But just remember that some people blow stock m3 motors just from the super high compression alone. But then again people also S/C them and get awesome results.
