when I tried to avoid someone running me off the road on my previous car, I totalled it. solo accident. so it's my fault.

Insurance company recommended I shouldn't have moved and let them hit me.

I learned that hard way just like that. I wont swerve for an animal or car if its going to cost me hitting something else and wrecking my car. I'd hit the car that cut me off and let them fix my junk.
