Rear view mirror prob??

I have had auto-dimming rear-view mirrors in other cars, but the one in the G seems to be very *wavy* (best way to describe it). I can adjust it, and adjust it, but it is like I'm *seeing double*.
Anyone else notice this?? AND MY EYES ARE FINE (before you rag on me)

BTW this is only at night.................. DUH

lay off the drugs man.. hehe jk

yeah.. my only suggestion would be to clean the mirror.. i've never actually heard of someone complaining about this, but you never kno.. when in doubt, even tho it's a big hassle to, you can always bring it in to the dealership..

Could also be your tint on the rear windshield, if not laid down properly. If you have tinted windows, that is.

Re: Rear view mirror prob??

You guys are too much........ lol
- my eyes are FINE !!!
- the mirror is clean
- no tint on the rear
- I sell drugs.......never take 'em

At night, when looking at the rear, the headlights on the cars behind me kinda have a *halo* around them, if I adjust the mirror a little, so that I'm looking directly at it (level) the *halo* goes away, but comes back if I reposition myself in the seat or get outta the car and get back in ..... etc
Guess its me

I've noticed this too, seems like a little double-vision thing going on at night with the auto-dimmer.
I guess the only people that would notice are those who actually look in their mirrors

Re: Rear view mirror prob??

I believe you man. I just added some bass to my car. About 2500 watts worth and within a month of my install my mirror not only shook but it fell off. That weekend i went to get an oil change anyway so i got them to fix it then. Too bad i live about 1 1/2 away from my dealer (Sewell).
