After break-in period
After break-in period
I'm almost at the break in point for the G coupe. Once I pass it, is there anything I should do? (oil change, etc.) Or do I just start reving it past 4K?
I know the manual doesn't say anything about it but I just want to make sure.
Thanks.

Re: After break-in period
Drive it like you stole it.
No need to change oil, Nissan doesn't use break-in oil. Be careful the first time you turn VDC off and accelerate hard on a turn, you'll be facing the wrong way pretty quick.

Re: After break-in period
I changed mine at 1500, but after reading a few VQ oil analysis sheets, I probably would have been smarter leaving the original oil in longer. I dunno.. its all voodoo anyway. You'll get 200K out of your engine whether you break in, dont breakin, change early or dont... just go with your gut feeling on the matter and enjoy the ride..
