what's the trick with the zip ties?
where did you guys fasten the zip ties to?



you guys ever notice that the clear corners have the nissan logo on them, and a USA #

 

Just tie them around the back through the clips, it is a deterrent to the thief, as with everything else if they really want them they will take it.good luck and happy driving[img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img]

I did the zip tie thing and it works. after you install the clear corners, you'll see through the front wheel well that peeks into the lighting housing the two clips sticking out from the clear corners. You put one end of the zip tie through one clip and the other end through the other clip and just tie it together. You need around a 12" zip tie. If you can get a little longer, it'd make life easier for you. The tie holds and will leave the clear corner in place. Hope that I didn't make that sound too complicated.

 

It also helps to have a sensor alarm. So my alarm will go off if the thief gets aggressive.

yes, do a search, its happened to several people on the forums. Someone even had their amber ones stolen.
