which tires and why
hey guys, Ill be getting my GT-S roughly the second week of Jan. Of course, like most people, Ill be doing the T1-r's but Ive been considering the Michelin pilot sport PS2's. Are they just two tires in completely different classes?
(ie: bargain tires vs quality tires $$$)
Ill be doing the 245/35-275/35 combo. (dont want to do the 255/285, tires look too meaty) and I also like the whole look of tire with a large curb/ rim protector. (I like how theres a seperation between the tire and the wheel).
sooo...which one?! help

Tires
Have has PS2, KDW, and now the Dicount Yoko 520's. The PS2 are very good, but oly lasted at 13K on the rear. KDW not quite as good, but better in the wet, rears lasted about 15K. Now have the 520's - have a musch higher wear index, very good in wet, but clearly not that good in dry weather. All boils down to choices, poor wear or performance...

I love the PS2's. They h andle amazing. I am around 70% left and they are still handling good. They also give me a GOOD amount of rubber with accounts for more weight but saves money when hitting big bumps.
I have never owned Toyos but have always heard good things about them,a slo.
I stand by Michelin
