It's four years from the day, month, and year that you bought your car. So it's good to sometime in August 2007.

It's good for 4 years or 60k miles, whatever comes first. So even if your car is only 2 years old, but you have over 60k miles, your warranty is over. Hope you understand. Good luck.

But your brakes only carry a 3/36. If it's a pad/rotor issue you might be screwed, if it's a caliper issue you'll prolly be ok...

That's if he's a non-brembo owner like you. Us Brembo owners get no warranty on pads/rotors.

well this is what happened, my brakes or something started squaling nasty like metal on metal was hitting each other, well i took it very slowly to the dealer, and i noticed that the rotor had like a line on it, like an identation...my impression was that the caliper or something was hitting it or came lose, now the dealer says the pads were not worn out, like i had about 20% left, but the rotors needed replacing...which i thought the pads would go along with the rotor or before the rotor...am i right? last time i changed my pads was back when i had 28K miles now i have 55K miles, which i think is about right to change the pad, and it would be the first time to change out the rotor, which i dont know if they wore out prematurely or about right??? any opinions or suggestions....dealer is asking for $470 dollars for rotors, brakes, and labor?? does that sound correct....

$470 is about right, at the dealer, however you can probably get it done for less using aftermarket parts and doing it elsewhere, not to mention the parts might be better than stock depending on what u pick

It Starts From The In Service Date Of Your Car, Bassically When You Bought It, And It Was Put On The Road,so If You Buy A Left Over 06 In 07, The Warranty Would Not Start Till The Papers Get Signed, And You Take Delivery.
