How much of a performance gain is from the spacers?

lol check motordyneengineering.com for more info

tony is legit

plenum spacer is probably by far the most popular mod and considered one of the best bang for your buck mods

MREV2 def. worth it. Easy way to add HP without too much work. Plus it sounds mean as hell with an aftermarket exhaust.

I have an 03 Coupe and went with the 5/16 spacer. the only complaint I had was a week later I had to go back and re-tighten the bolts. I didn't do a Base line run before adding mods, but last friday I had my car dyno'd. 256.7 HP/240 TQ, 5/16 spacer, Z-Tube, and K&N Air filter. Not sure what kind of HP a bone stock coupe will produce....

Dyno Dynamics Dynamometer. I was expecting them to be lower, especially since its an automatic.

hahaha.

i just installed a 5/16" iso thermal spacer over the weekend. from an uninitiated person's perspective, hp and torque gains seem to be real, but seem kinda minimal. if nothing else, it was fun to work on the car.

hey question, is there any cumulative effect from a spacer and ztube plus intake? in other words, would the spacer work better with the ztube? seems like it might..?

GOOD_GOD, anyone else watching the boise state game?

I would go with the 5/16" for better mid range gains.

Some of my friends were suprised at the numbers. They also expected them to be lower. After researching this site, it wold seem that is the best combination...more bang for the buck....GO USC!!
