help with grille

okay, after many months of deciding which grille to get between the Gialla grille or the Datasystems grille, I am going to go with the Gailla grille, I simpily just think it looks better. Now my question is for all who have it or know where to get it, can anyone tell me where the best place to get it from, price is not the most important thing cause costumer service is an issue for it has been 2 months since i placed an order with VIS for their CF hood and I'm still waiting. thanks in advance for all help on this matter...

Re: help with grille

I got my Gialla grille from Teiwa Company in Tokyo. I like the grille, but in my opinion, they were a bitch to deal with. Delivery took five weeks from order date. They charge 5% on top of everything, including shipping, as a credit card surcharge. I ended paying more than was quoted in emails or on the web site. All instructions are in Japanese, and when you ask them about this, they say it is because they are located in Japan. My MasterCard charge was $356.27. When the product finally arrived, it had been sanded in several places, and therefore had to be painted. When they were asked about this, they responded with a nonsensical answer. Great product from a questionable company. If you can locate the same product from another source, you may be better off.

im not sure if japanparts.com has the grille, but i suggest them. They are quick with delivery and, most of all, reliable.

Re: help with grille

I have the Gialla grill. Teiwa was no problem for me. I guess everybody has different experiences. Both Ca_Kid and I love our grills. It's easy to install and looks mush better than stock.

Re: help with grille

Same here... I dealt with Teiwa with my purchase of the Data System Grill... They charged me the 5% as well, but their customer service was prestige... Got the product in less then a week =)

Thinking about getting the Data System lip from them as well.
