What if you took padding from a keyboard wrist rest and then put it on there? You should just superglue a teddy bear to your elbow, and name him snuggles.
Really though, my elbow is DEAD after the two hour drive up north. Me being tall I like to lean to the left and rest on the lower panel. The upper shelf works well sometimes but not for long durations.
I'm a left arm on the rest holding the wheel at 7:30 and right hand on the shifter. Of course on heavy turns its double handed or nothing.
FIRST OR LAST.
