wow, stealership finally did something nice...

got my car in for the 3-month service...

* free 1st oil change?
* and got my right passenger rim repaired for free. (it had a small nick on it when i first bought the car, and they told me they will fix it when i bring it in for its 1st oil change)..

how nice of them. wasn't expecting a free oil change... also gave me a loaner and everything was done by the end of the day.

it's nice to see a positive thread about dealers because the only ones i've come across are from employees being ignorant or rude.

took my car in several times and guess what?
they scratched my rear bumper..front bumper..hood..trunk..
now I got curbs on my front and rear passenger side rims..
i always take my car in for service and it always comes out with

corrected properly this time!

I've never had anything bad to say about Infiniti Dealerships. They all seem to above and beyond to make their customers happy.

I've been treated very well so far by Infiniti of Tacoma, except by the sales manager who made me look like an idiot trying to tell me the 07's didn't come IP/Graphite... boy will he enjoy seeing me roll up on the IP/Graphite Kenny hooked us up with...

well i take that back. i had a little dispute with a parts guy at grubbs and said that the shark fin on the m45's are for the navigation and don't come pre-painted. i asked what about the satellite antenna and he said that it's "internal" and "somewhere else". i wanted to yank him across the counter and tell him he's got them mixed up. plus he says he's in charge of doing all of their satellite installs. now that's just flat out lying.

yeah, actually things weren't all that smooth.

when i first got the car, i was pretty pissed when i found the nick on the rim. the sales manager told me that once i drove off, its not their problem.. after a couple of phone calls with the customer care manager and after they found out that i didnt fill out the little questionaire that infiniti headquarter mailed to me, they changed tune....

i didn't want to wait 3 months to get my rims fixed, and didnt' want to wait til then to fill out the questionaire, so i just straight out rated everything that was in particular to my case bad, and everything else good.

anyways, if they send me a new one, i'll rate it good. the rim looks brand new, can't even tell how they fixed it.
