Frozen doors
Re: Frozen doors
That happens to all cars, I've seen people use little tricks like pouring hot water in the crack of the door, etc. When it happens to me I usually just use some elbow greese to get it open - it has never really been a serious problem aka damages the door/paint. The only permanent solution I know of is a garage=).

Re: Frozen doors
I think a concern might be our auto-sealing windows. Does anyone have experience with it failing during the winter?

Re: Frozen doors
On the first hard frost this year my windows froze and did not drop down like the are supposed to do when the door is opened. I think I even closed the door with them still up. It appears that there was no permanent damage. My coupe is now in the garage!

Re: Frozen doors
Coming from Edmonton, we get some REALLY cold weather for a couple of weeks a year.
I usually give the rubber seals a good coat of ArmorAll. It keeps them from freezing stuck and ripping away your seals. It's the only place I use ArmorAll.
