Where can i get refill oil for POPCHARGER?

I am going to have 10k mile on my popcharger soon. Should be clean and re-oil, right? Where can I buy the oil and what's the instruction? In other word, how much oil is enough?

buy k&n filter recharge kit, 12 bucks at autozone, its work for all oiled filters...
