Here's the logic:
New bumper every 2 years means a scruffy bumper for up to 23 months or more (cause those chips arrive on day 1) each two year period. ie you get a clean bumper for 1 month every 2 years. I'm not exagerating. I got chips driving the car home after picking it up. Granted, I did spank a Bentley Azure on the way, but that's the nature of our cars, fast and therefore chip-inviting.
