I'm reading how a Nissian's paint really sucks and you need a clear bra. Are there any pics of peoples cars w/o a clearbra. How bad is the damage?

 

Lol well my car is black and every little rock chip looks like a white dot I want to get a clear bra but have to paint my front bumper first since it looks horrible

 

+1 my whole hood and bumper are all fvcked up! Everybody is like you did a bad job at washing your car you missed all the mud...im like no a$$ hole those are my mother fvcking ROCK CHIPS!!!!!

yep.. no clear bra = owned.. unless u dont drive on the freeways.. or drive at all..

 

I try to stay away from certain freeways, like 605, 91, 110 cuz of the rock trucks. I will go around in a circle to get somewhere, if one of these freeways is in the way.

Plus I only drive on the weekend, to meets and certain clubs, oh and blockbuster cuz the girl there is hawt and she always tells me something nice about the car.

I think you really need a proffesional camera to capture the rock chips. But anyway, mine's all fcuked up already. I'm getting the whole front end repainted and put a clear bra. The clear bra installer strongly suggested to wait off a month before they can install it. Which means I won't drive it on the freeway for a month

Idk i have a black coupe and my front looks just fine knock on wood

 

well for the price of a clear bra you can just get a new front bumper.. so why bother spending 500 on a clear bra.. why not just buy a new front bumper when the time comes?

Dont waste your money if the salesman tries to sucker you into paying for the "protective" paint and leather seat coating. It doesn't work for $hit.

 

These pringles im eating have that syndrome as well, chips on top of chips

 

I have a clear bra and I will tell you that it is the best thing for bumper protection. I bought my G used with 20k on it and the bumper was F@#$@. I got it painted and then a few months later I put the clear bra on it. I have now had on the car a little over a year now and it still looks like new.

 

Cause it would probably get messed up like the old one Yeah its a new bumper but still no protection
