Not yet, I just installed them last night (same day I received them). I'll snap a pic tomorrow afternoon since I'm stuck in the office today.

This may sound like a stupid question but what is the difference between these and the stock tails?

Dohh...most likely yeah. I basically had to splice in the wires that pop the truck. Ones a ground (blk) and forget the color of the other wire. My USDM one had the truck release button wiring incorporated into the main tail light connection unlike the JDM one with a seperate connection. I just traced the wire from the main usdm connector to the wiring loom in the trunk and spliced into that. Non 06 ppl could just trace the wires from the release mechanism in the trunk and there you go.

I have a daytime pix w/o amber turn lit, it's suttle and hard to see when sunlight not shining on it, but shows up nicely when sun is shining on it. Seems as though the red lense housing is a deeper red than the usdm too.
Don't want to jack 'mswc' post here. I will if he doesn't mind, but won't unless it's cool with him.

Go for it man! When I get some time I may take your advice and try and track down the wiring to get that trunk button going. It'll be very handy on my '03.

See now, that would be Main reason I would even consider upgrading to the JDM 06: Just so I get to use the trunk button. The yellow isn't bad but I wouldn't want to pay all that money for just amber color lenses. I will have to give this some thought...

I went for these b/c they're for a V35 and I like the ambers better too.
Trunk button is a plus for 06's.

I'm still on the fence about them. I like them but, I don't know if I like them enough to spend a few hundred on them. Looks nice though, good way to do something distinctive, yet subtle without being tacky/ricey/dumb about it.
