Its starting to dry rot, just change it out shouldnt cost more than 40 dollars to do it yourself. The dealer charges i think 90 to do it, but it takes maybe 20 minutes to do it yourself.

my car has 39k miles on it. probably had that belt with the UR pulley installed for about 30k miles.

i did check other cars that i could look under the hood and their cracks were actually worse but it seems like a good idea to change the belt anyways.
