What A Rip!!

damn took the car to the dealer today,they quoted me 350bucks for new drive belts,rear brake pads and an oil change? wtf is wrong here?

sounds just about right... i think.....
them brake pads can get pricy.... drive belt also

doesnt sound bad at all to me my dealer wanted to charge me $300 alone for the back pads. got a house new set for $173 shipped

what brake pads do you guys use? I would not want to downgrade from the OEM pads to save some money.

nothings wrong really...thats the dealer....i mean stealership for you...you can always just do the pads and oil change yourself if your worried about cost. It may take a couple hrs but its worth it.

what brake pads do you guys use? I would not want to downgrade from the OEM pads to save some money.
I would suggest Hawks since they are pretty nice, plus i believe they have less brake dusts.

Sounds right for a dealer job. Do it yourself if you can, or you have to pay the penalty. Stupid dealers.

My dealership charged $180 just for the drive belts. =\ After picking up my car, I read the DIY on changing the belts... could have done it myself but never have. Oh well. Maybe next time.

guess i'll deal with it..heh drive belts he said were 145 and the break pads 90 and thats for oem..oil change 45

shouldve bought a bmw most of those items would be covered in their scheduled maintenance.
