Hi All,

I was at Infiniti dealership today for 2007 G35 Coupe. The sales person did not show me the 07 model saying both are literally same and instead showed me 06 mode.

He offered 2006 G35 with Premium Package, Sport-tuned Suspension Package and Rear Active Steer Package for 35k. They also included 19'' Rugged Chromium Wheels with P275/35R19 tires.

Can you please tell me whether this is a good deal? or Should I go for 2007 model?

Neither. If I was in the market for a new car I would wait for the 2008 model. There is no way I would buy a 2007 this late in the game. But, thats just IMHO.

 

just wait for the 08` dawg, its going to be a better car on many levels.

 

If you just can't wait... get the '06. All they did is call the same car an '07 after a certain production/assembly date. Otherwise, they are exactly the same.

As people are suggesting though.... the ALL new '08 version is due out by summer. So if you can wait it out, you can have the newest new G soon.

 

Its a new G35. I want to buy something before Feb 10th. I feel bad that I cant wait for 08 model. Unfortunately I need something immediately.

the 06 and 07 are the same except a few different options

I'm more than happy with my '06 too. I was just offering some suggestions is all. I'm in no rush at all to change out to the new '08+ G coupes

 

How much are they willing to sell it for..the 07 doesnt have many new options. I love my 06 as well

 

yeah F the 08 coupe. i liked the concept better then the new sketch... anyways, i'll keep my 06. but i wouldnt mind having the 08 interiors...

our 06 and under, the interior could be better for a 35-40k car. have no idea what the "log" running across the dash is all about. i know our G is nice a curvy, but a log running across the dash? wtf.

 

I went back today to another dealer and this is offered.

for 36K.
