I hate the way my 2004 OB coupe looks with splash guards and a stock front bumper. I've been kicking around a few ideas and i'm torn between 3 options...

1) I absolutely love and KurumaZ front bumper, but I don't think it would look good without aftermarket side skirts

2) Get a Nismo front bumper

3) Keep the stock front bumper, but add a data systems front lip & mold it

I know it ultimately depends on me, but I just wanted to see what everyone else thought..or if anyone has any other sugestions

 

I like the way the OEM bumper looks. I want to get a gialle(sp?) replica grill though.

i have an 04 black coupe too, don't go for the kuruma...(im doin that...lol),
yea anyways, i think the kuruma looks ok with splash guards, its just that it looks better with sides,
all of those are good choices tho

so you have no plans for sideskirts?

if you dont, then forget the kuruma z front. it's way too low and wont match up at all. looks horrible, imo.

get/mold the gialla lip

 

Sideskirts are a possibility, but the front of the car is my main focus now..

it's like a girl...you cant spend all your time on one specific part (well i guess you can...LOL bad analogy...hahahahah)

anyway...you have to plan ahead and look at what skirts you want so they match up...otherwise one will be too low

I meant if the bumper/lip I finally decide on requires aftermarket sideskirts to look good then in that case I'll get sideskirts

The main reason I don't like the stock bumper with no lip is because i don't think if flows well with splash guards...

 

do what i did... add a lip... will save u a hell of a lot of $$ and looks GREAT!

 

If I decide to go with a new frontend I'll for sure go with the Greddy front
and sides.........they look killer...great...hot...cool...whatever!

 

So far It looks like its gonna be a toss up between a Nismo bumper and adding a lip..
